  MEET SAMAY  

Samay is a lifelong resident of Baltimore County and proud BCPS graduate committed to the advancement of his community. His family, faith, and upbringing instilled in him the importance of equity, justice, and opportunity. He has worked to promote and ensure those values for all through dedicated public service. As the District 4 member of the Baltimore County Board of Education, he is committed to ensuring and expanding access to the resources and opportunities our schools, students, teachers, and families deserve and need to thrive.

  SAMAY'S VISION  

We need to do everything we can to ensure Baltimore County Public Schools live up to the promise of a quality education for all. The 21st century challenges that face our community and our schools will require a commitment to make our education system more responsive, forward-thinking, and equitable in order to best prepare our students for the future. We must make sure our teachers have the resources and support they need and that inclusion is at the forefront of all our policies in order to create an environment where all students can learn and grow. We need leaders who are ready to meet these challenges—and Samay is ready to meet those challenges head-on.
